Palm Coast – After a successful launch in the fall, Palm Coast Parks & Recreation is hosting two more cornhole tournaments both on Saturdays: Feb. 23 and April 6. It’s time to sign your team up!

The tournament for two-person teams will begin at 9 a.m. at the Palm Coast Tennis Center, 1290 Belle Terre Pkwy. The tournament is for ages 15 and up. Bags and boards are provided, and the cost to participate is $20 per team.

Sign up you and your partner today at www.parksandrec.fun/athletics.

The first-, second- and third-place teams will receive medals.

Cornhole is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing bean bags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a team or player reaches (or exceeds) the score of 21. This widely popular sport has been featured on ESPN!
